Coastline Realty LLC.

Tai was absolutely amazing!!! He is very patient, he always got back to us no matter what time of the day it was. He has great knowledge of the area, always had the right person to call and get a quote on something that we needed. Very nice person overall, funny, pleasant. Great professional! Highly recommend him!

I highly recommend Tai (and Carol, at Coastline Realty) for their exceptional service and expertise. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the Cape May real estate market and provided valuable insights throughout the entire process. We were new to buying at Jersey Shore and they provided value added insight! Tai truly cares, and his positive attitude (especially during stressful parts of the buying process) was incredibly well received (and needed! From the initial consultation with Carol to the daily (immensely communicative and professional) updates from working with Tai, and their stellar handling of negotiations, Tai ensured us a smooth and successful transaction. I would definitely recommend Tai (and Carols team) to anyone looking to buy or sell in Cape May area. We found our dream home because of Tai?s commitment to excellence! Soo soo enjoyable to work! Highly recommend Tai!

This was our first year using Coastline Realty for our Cape May rental, and we will definitely use them again. Our first rental had issues and we needed to move quickly. Cody was responsive, caring and worked during the weekend to find us another rental. He saved our 2 week family vacation! We have rented at the Jersey Shore and on Cape Cod, but the level of service we received from Cody and Coastline went above and beyond. Again, our gratitude for saving and improving our vacation!

Cody was wonderful to work with to get our dream shore house under contract. I first contacted him about summer rentals. When his response was quick and thorough I knew when the time came to purchase a house that he would be our guy. Cody's local knowledge is especially extensive as his family has been in real estate in Cape May for a long time. Anyone would be lucky to have Cody represent them on either side of a transaction.

Tai was absolutely amazing to work with! It was my first time purchasing at the Jersey Shore and he was more than patient with my lack of knowledge and experience. He showed me multiple properties ranging from condos to single family homes and gave me more than enough time to decide what would work best for me. His knowledge of the market and every location we visited was on point! I couldn?t have asked for a more understanding or helpful agent and I will definitely use him again in the future!
