ZillowVERIFIEDCody was wonderful to work with to get our dream shore house under contract. I first contacted him about summer rentals. When his response was quick and thorough I knew when the time came to purchase a house that he would be our guy. Cody's local knowledge is especially extensive as his family has been in real estate in Cape May for a long time. Anyone would be lucky to have Cody represent them on either side of a transaction.
ZillowVERIFIEDThis was our first year using Coastline Realty for our Cape May rental, and we will definitely use them again. Our first rental had issues and we needed to move quickly. Cody was responsive, caring and worked during the weekend to find us another rental. He saved our 2 week family vacation! We have rented at the Jersey Shore and on Cape Cod, but the level of service we received from Cody and Coastline went above and beyond. Again, our gratitude for saving and improving our vacation!
ZillowVERIFIEDCody Menz was an excellent realtor; he and the members of his team supported all parts of the home buying process. While Cody served as the primary realtor, Ami had a thorough discussion at the start of the process about my interests and helped narrow the right location, which eventually became North Cape May. Cody and Ami both worked with me as new properties came on the market, and Carol Menz also helped with showings. The team approach from this office was unique, and I felt supported by the different perspectives and strengths of the realtors. The processes of making an offer, inspections, and settlement all went smoothly during a competitive time in the market (Spring to Fall 2021). Cody was helpful in securing additional inspections and quotes relevant to the primary inspection and to supplying multiple referrals, from mortgage loan officers to general contractors. It was a pleasure to work with Cody and this realty team, and I look forward to any interactions in the future.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe had a great time in Cape May. Thanks Cody for a great experience, and personally answering our questions about cleaning, coordination, local regulations and other items prior to our visit. We enjoyed the week.
ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I rented a house in Cape May Point through Cody. He was very helpful. There was a small issue with a leaky faucet and he immediately followed up with the owner of the house and us. I would work with Cody again.
ZillowVERIFIEDOur family and I had a very nice time in Cape May. The home we rented from Cody at Coastline Realty was very comfortable for everyone and made our stay memorable for the whole family.
ZillowVERIFIEDAlthough Cody is rather new to the real estate business, we found him to be enthusiastic, genuine, and extremely responsive to our needs/questions. If he couldn't answer a question, he found the resources to get back to us in a timely fashion. Having grown up in Cape May, Cody possesses a knowledge of the Cape May market that other agents may not. We would work with him again in a heartbeat!
