My partner and I had been navigating the absolute insanity of the housing market over the last several years in an attempt to purchase our first home. We put in probably 10 offers (with another Realtor) without any success before we reached out to Allison. We really had become fatigued with the whole process and were ready to throw our hands up in exasperation and put our endeavor-to-own on the back burner for a few years (hoping the market would shift to a buyers market instead of a sellers market). From the moment she tapped into our corner, we saw an immediate shift in our good fortunes. Where we were exhausted and ready to give up, Allison was fresh and in problem-solver mode; no obstacle was too great and she was always ready with solutions.
