When the right home finally came on the market Blake expertly wrote a perfect offer (there were multiple offers on my home) and now I am living in a perfect home, in the perfect place, bought at the perfect price. We put in probably 10 offers (with another Realtor) without any success before we reached out to Allison. We really had become fatigued with the whole process and were ready to throw our hands up in exasperation and put our endeavor-to-own on the back burner for a few years (hoping the market would shift to a buyers market instead of a sellers market). From the moment she tapped into our corner, we saw an immediate shift in our good fortunes. Where we were exhausted and ready to give up, Allison was fresh and in problem-solver mode; no obstacle was too great and she was always ready with solutions. This may sound like a too good to be true review but just meet them once and you will agree.. Allison Trimble and Blake Westhoff are two of the most attentive helpful realtors that we have ever worked with and we have done quite a few real estate transactions in our lifetimes. More than listing our home in multiple effective ways outside of MLS these two agents worked together symbiotically to address any of our concerns. Be it helping to stage our home, effectively work with a difficult buyers agent or some of our own odd requests, Allison and Blake were always cheerfully up to the challenge. Immediate contact-ability was almost always the case. Rarely did we have to leave a message but if so they got back to us within a few minutes. Also horse properties may be their specialty however that only means that they know all about the extras that city agents are not familiar with too. Its an added bonus that they know how to deal with septic systems, well permits, soil drainage, etc. Professional and knowledgeable yet kind and attentive. A great combination for a truly excellent team.
