Exceptional Realtor aEUR" Highly Recommended! Kelly is a dedicated, kind, and knowledgeable realtor who truly cares about her clients. Having known her for over 20 years, weve always trusted her expertise and insight into the housing market. She stayed in touch and never gave up on us, even when we werent ready to buy. When the perfect home unexpectedly became available, Kelly sprang into action, submitting an offer that same day. She expertly coordinated and negotiated every aspect of the transaction, maintained a great relationship with the sellers agent, and connected us with excellent lending resources. Despite a fast-paced 25-day escrow, Kelly guided us every step of the way, ensuring we closed on time. We couldnt be happier with our home purchase. Kellys dedication, professionalism, and unwavering support makes her an outstanding realtor. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!

I had a great experience working with Alex Rice and Tyler Hagerla. From the very beginning they were professional, knowledgeable, patient and listened to all of my concerns. They made what can be a stressful process feel much easier and more manageable. I always felt they had my best interest at heart. If you are looking for a realtor, I highly recommend this team. I am truly grateful for all of their help!

We are so happy we found Hadas to help us as first time home buyers! As a soon to be married couple, we had our sights set on finding a home in Encinitas near the beach and she helped make that dream a reality. Hadas is such a knowledgeable agent and truly helped us understand every step of the process. She paid close attention to our feedback at every showing and helped us find a spot that checked almost every single box! Shes super responsive any time of day and was always happy to help with any ask, big or small. Escrow went extremely smooth and we were so grateful for her support every step of the way. If youre looking for a real estate agent in coastal San Diego, we absolutely recommend Hadas! She will make you feel like her only client and main priority and will help you find exactly what you need!

After researching local Realtors, I chose Amy because of her experience, marketing, and reputation. My home had been on the market before, so I knew I needed someone who would do things differently. Amy's communication was outstanding from start to finish, and she made sure every detail was handled to showcase my home at its best. Her marketing, attention to detail, and guidance made all the difference. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home.

We cannot thank Hadas enough for helping make our dream come true. From the moment we walked through the door we knew this was the one. The only problem? The home was already in escrow with another buyer. Most people would have moved on, but Hadas believed in making it happen. She worked tirelessly behind the scenes, and somehow, the home came back to us. It truly felt like fate. With Hadas's guide and communication, our son is now a proud first time homeowner in a community we love, close to family and exactly where he is meant to be. If you are looking for an agent who will fight for your dream home even when the odds aren't in your favor, Hadas Metzler is your person. We are forever grateful.
