ZillowVERIFIEDAfter researching local Realtors, I chose Amy because of her experience, marketing, and reputation. My home had been on the market before, so I knew I needed someone who would do things differently. Amy's communication was outstanding from start to finish, and she made sure every detail was handled to showcase my home at its best. Her marketing, attention to detail, and guidance made all the difference. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED Amy Green is an outstanding listing agent. Ive had the pleasure of staging several homes for her sellers in Carmel Valley and Escondido, and Ive seen firsthand how much care, strategy, and professionalism she brings to every listing. Her clients always speak so highly of her, and its easy to see why. Amy creates a clear plan, helps each home shine, and works hard to get top dollar. There are many realtors out there, but Amy is truly one of the best of the best.

ZillowVERIFIED Amy came recommended to us by our selling agent as we looked to move to the San Diego area. Our experience with Amy was wonderful. She was a great communicator and always was able to advise us along the way. She has great connections with the other agents in the area, which helped our bidding strategy. We wound up with a great home thanks to Amy. Additionally, Amy spent a considerable amount of time after the purchase helping us set up and oversee various projects to get the house just the way we wanted it! We loved working with Amy!

ZillowVERIFIED Amy is an excellent realtor! Amy has been our realtor for a few purchases/sales now and has always followed through getting the deal done. She is always easy to get a hold of when needed and provides a lot of communication throughout the process, which was great for us in managing emotions through the stressful process of buying and selling a home. Not only is she great at her job, but she is very personable, which my wife and I think is very important in a realtor/client relationship. I would definitely recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED It's been years since Amy sold my last home, but the experience was so great that I contacted her again to help me sell and buy a new one, which I am now thoroughly enjoying. If you're looking for a realtor who is with you every step of the way and excels in negotiations, Amy is among the best in the business! She not only sold my home for $200,000 over the highest previous sale price of any home in my area, but also navigated the buying process expertly, avoiding multiple offers and getting my offer accepted within 24 hours. Even over a month after closing, Amy continues to support me with referrals for various contractors and anything else I need. I highly recommend Amy Green!

ZillowVERIFIED Amy has been helping my family members for many years with real estate transactions and now it was my turn. I needed to downsize by selling my home and purchasing a new one, to say it was a daunting task to deal with was an understatement. Amy's patience and understanding made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She took the time to listen to my needs and preferences which resulted in finding the perfect smaller home for me. Her knowledge of the local real estate market was invaluable, and she provided great insights that helped me make informed decisions.. Amy was able to negotiate the best terms for me in both transactions. She exceeded all expectations and I can't thank her enough.

ZillowVERIFIED We made the decision to relocate from the East Coast to San Diego, there was so much to think about as it wasn't just us but also our children. It was important to us to find a realtor that wouldn't just sell us a house but make the best decision as far as neighborhood, what to look for in terms of resale down the road, as well as navigating through a transaction in California. Good friends of ours introduced us to Amy and we can't thank them enoughaEUR" Amy's knowledge, expertise, bedside manner (car side manner;) counsel, guidance, all of it was exactly what we hoped for. We just closed on our new home and couldn't be happier!

ZillowVERIFIED Amy is an absolute godsend and my brothers and I cannot be more appreciative and grateful for what we thought would be an impossible task. You cannot ask for a more caring, hard working, trustworthy, dedicated, amazing agent. From her recommendations to her contacts to her wonderful positive energy, she helped us buy a home, fix it up, transition my elderly mom to her new home, advice us how to get rid of all her extra stuff as she downsized from 3200 SF to 1000 SF, fix up her old home and get it sold quickly. I just can't thank Amy and her team enough for completely transforming our family home. We were absolutely blown away by the items chosen to create the vision Amy knew would reward us in the end. This was so unbelievably stressful, but Amy kept us calm and brought us so much reason to celebrate in the end. She sold our home for one of the highest prices in the neighborhood, even in a declining market. There is no one better than Amy, she will always be my go to for any real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED We were referred to Amy several years ago, it has been a process but she got us through it with patience and wonderful guidance. We just closed on our dream house and it was largely part of the relationship she had with the listing agent and the amazing lender Amy referred us to that met the shortened contingencies needed to get acceptance. We still cant believe the house is ours and are so grateful. We highly recommend Amy to anyone looking to buy or sell that is looking to be represented by one of the most knowledgeable and respected realtors in the area. Thanks Amy and team!

ZillowVERIFIED We just closed on a lovely home in Oceanside, CA with Amy Green and her exceptional team. This is the third transaction we have done with Amy. She helped us buy our first home in Mission Hills, then sell it when we had to unexpectedly move to Texas. When we decided to relocate back to the San Diego area, one of the toughest markets in the country to buy in, she made it happen for us and the transaction could not have been smoother! Amy helped take away so much of the stress and was always looking out for our best interests. She put strategies in place to get us what we wanted and came up with resources that we didnt have in order to get the home ready for our move-in date. Her knowledge of the market, negotiation skills, and above and beyond assistance are the reason we keep coming back. We highly recommend Amy whether buying or selling--she is the absolute best!!

ZillowVERIFIED We were lucky enough to meet Amy by chance and after talking with her a little while about our needs and wants for a new home, My husband and i looked at each other and just knew - we wanted Amy as our realtot! When we spoke to our lender, he said he had worked with her often and we were working with one of the BEST! We gave her a tall order, she not only needed to help us with the purchase of a new home, but we needed to do it contingent on the sale of our existing home. The whole process can be a little stressful- but Amy was there for us every step of the way. When i got worried, she stayed calm, always gave us the best advice and she was always looked out for our best interest. Amy really went above and beyond to help us get the house of our dreams! We can not say enough how grateful we are that Amy was our realtor, we highly recommend her to anyone wanting to work with the best.

ZillowVERIFIED I met Amy when trying to schedule an appointment through Zillow. Originally, I only wanted to speak to the listing agent, but we spoke further and I realized how knowledgeable she was so I decided to call her back and ask for her help. It was one of the best decisions I made. Amy totally looked out for my best interests when dealing with the listing side by keeping the pressure on as they had a laid back attitude on when things should be done. Amy understood the importance of getting things done prior to closing so I wasn't stressed. I highly recommend Amy and will use her on my next transaction.
