We have just started the process of finding a home in the Surfside/Garden City/Murrell's Inlet area and the first response we got from our Zillow saved homes was Anthony Caywood at Coastal Key Group. He responded within an hour of our Zillow searching and set us up with his Agent Mark Fletcher. Mark texted us right away to set up a time and place to tour the homes we had chosen to view. He was very polite and punctual from the beginning. Mark met us the next morning and had a tour set up for all the homes. He drove us around in a comfy vehicle and told us so much about the area. He has a wealth of knowledge of the local fare and showed us many of the great attractions in the Marshwalk and surrounding areas. Most importantly, Mark showed us some other properties that we had not considered and gave us a lot of options. He enlightened us to some things that definitely educated us in our search. This is just the beginning of the process but at this point my wife and I think that we have made the best choice in realtors. More to come...

Irene Brinkmann was great in assisting us with finding our dream home. We contacted Irene from San Francisco, as she was referred to us from a friend of ours. Irene updated us on a regular basis as to houses available in the Myrtle Beach area. We made arrangements to be in the MB area to view houses for one week. Irene had a list of houses for us to view, all of which met our specifications. She was extremely patient with us as we took our time to find the perfect home. She was very familiar with the area, and we never felt rushed to make a decision. On the 4th day of our visit, Irene made our dreams come true! She even got us in a brand new home under asking price. We went back to San Francisco and completed closing in less than 30 days.
