She really listened to us and helped us find our little diamond in the rough. We went to brand new construction as a matter of fact still being built, year old new construction and various locations and areas of the Myrtle Beach ?Grand Strand? area. We found our hidden gem tucked away in Little River. We had no intention of buying we were just looking and planning on making another trip down South at a later date. She listened to us and got to know us fairly quickly, therefore her ability to know the area and our wish list made it such a pleasure. We were both a bit apprehensive about buying a house out of state she reassured us and made the process very smooth. We decided to put in a bid and less than two hours later we had the house! Irene once again stepped up and any questions or concerns we had she always came through. She went above and beyond what would be the norm for most others. I wish I could give her ten stars! I felt she really cared about us and wanted to make sure we were happy and content with our decision. She is a true professional trustworthy and has a huge heart. Before the closing my Mother passed away and she sent me a condolence card, that?s something that made a lasting impression on me. She wasn?t just a realtor, she was a compassionate caring person; just one example of going above and beyond. Thank you Irene!

The condo didnt work out for me but Irene showed no disappointment, reassuring me she would help me find the condo I was looking for quickly, knowing how important it was to me. True to her word, she found me just the right condo in 1 week! Through the purchasing process she covered every detail which made what could have been (and normally is) a stressful situation - actually joyful. Irene updated us on a regular basis as to houses available in the Myrtle Beach area. We made arrangements to be in the MB area to view houses for one week. Irene had a list of houses for us to view, all of which met our specifications. She was extremely patient with us as we took our time to find the perfect home. She was very familiar with the area, and we never felt rushed to make a decision. On the 4th day of our visit, Irene made our dreams come true! She even got us in a brand new home under asking price. After talking with her and looking at many houses, we were so impressed with her because she knew what kind of house we were looking for. Irene is not the type of an agent who would just like to sell you a house just to get her commission. She is a great listener, always available and a very patient person. Since we live 7 hours away, we would go on long weekends and almost always she would be available to show us around on those weekends even though she knew were not going to purchase anything at that time.
