ZillowVERIFIED Incredible buying experience!! Anthony is what all other realtors should strive to be. We purchased our home sight unseen. We contacted Anthony around 4:30pm on a Sunday evening to inquire on the home we ultimately chose to purchase. We asked if he would be willing to do a walk thru of the property with us on the phone, sometime the next day. His answer, I live nearby and I will call and see if I can get in tonight. 20 minutes later he was walking us thru the property via facetime. We asked several questions and he provided all the answers either that evening or early the next morning. No matter what we asked, floorplans, he got them for us. List of the utility companies nearby, he provided us with their phone numbers. HOA questions, he got us the answers and the addresses and phone numbers of the individuals concerned. He even picked up on glass chips in a window and had it repaired prior to closing. He even took it upon himself to videotape a golf cart ride thru the cult-a-sac to show us exactly what they neighborhood looked like. After the closing, he is holding the keys for us until we are can see the property in person. We asked if we could do that. That is how good we felt about the whole buying experience. We have purchased many homes in the past. Never have we felt like someone was watching out for us like he did. Highly recommend this company!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We have just started the process of finding a home in the Surfside/Garden City/Murrell's Inlet area and the first response we got from our Zillow saved homes was Anthony Caywood at Coastal Key Group. He responded within an hour of our Zillow searching and set us up with his Agent Mark Fletcher. Mark texted us right away to set up a time and place to tour the homes we had chosen to view. He was very polite and punctual from the beginning. Mark met us the next morning and had a tour set up for all the homes. He drove us around in a comfy vehicle and told us so much about the area. He has a wealth of knowledge of the local fare and showed us many of the great attractions in the Marshwalk and surrounding areas. Most importantly, Mark showed us some other properties that we had not considered and gave us a lot of options. He enlightened us to some things that definitely educated us in our search. This is just the beginning of the process but at this point my wife and I think that we have made the best choice in realtors. More to come...

ZillowVERIFIED We are from NY and we were looking to purchase a home in Hoory county, and had been working with a different agent. On a three day trip down to look at homes, the previous agent was unable to get us into the houses we really wanted to see. Unhappy with our realtor and worried we made a trip for nothing, we contacted Anthony at 7pm on a Sunday. Anthony answered his phone and looked up the homes we wanted to see and made phone calls to get us into the homes the next day. Because of previous commitments Anthony was unable to take us, so he got us in touch with the selling agent. The next day we found our dream home. Again we called Anthony to get his opinion and he gave us some wonderful advice. During the mortgage process, we ran into issues with our mortgage company. Again we called Anthony and he immediately got us in touch with a local mortgage agent, who was able to get us to close in 2 weeks.
