We wasted no time in finding a place to call home. Andrew was integral in the negotiating process resulting us in having instant equity on our closing date. He was knowledgeable on inspection issues, challenged any pre-conceived notions we may have had, and ultimately got us in our dream neighborhood inside of our budget and within a month of landing here. Andrew did an excellent job for us, he always put us first. We had a rather lengthy process due to different factors, none of which deterred Andrew from being very professional in every way. My wife and I have bought and sold over 12 properties and dealt with many realtors but have never had a realtor who truly worked for us. Andrew kept an eye on things since we had already moved out of state, picking up around the property and sweeping the entry kind of thing so the house didn't look abandoned. All in all a great experience and would give him 10 stars!!
