We had a rather lengthy process due to different factors, none of which deterred Andrew from being very professional in every way. My wife and I have bought and sold over 12 properties and dealt with many realtors but have never had a realtor who truly worked for us. Andrew kept an eye on things since we had already moved out of state, picking up around the property and sweeping the entry kind of thing so the house didn't look abandoned. All in all a great experience and would give him 10 stars!!

We moved from out of state, which usually complicates things. But Andrew took us to look at homes all day for 3 days in a row while we were in town. After looking at many homes that we had requested to tour from online searches, we ended up buying a home that Andrew suggested that we had never seen before. It was great! He was very communicative throughout the purchasing process and explained what to expect each step of the way. Even after the home purchase was complete, he did a walk-through for us and gave us contact information for the utilities companies. However, we came up on top working with Andrew. His expertise and common sense helped us decide to sell our house in lieu of renting, and all in the midst of a stressful military move overseas. His relentless negotiations during the process helped sell the property at the value we wanted. His promises are never met short, and are very realistic. ZillowVERIFIED I bought my very first home with Andrew. It was incredibly daunting to wade into the housing market and purchase my first home in the current state of the real estate market. It is not a buyer's market and having never bought a home, I did not have any advantages with personal experience. Andrew's experience turned out to be my advantage. His advice during the offer process was key to getting my offer accepted on the house I wanted. He communicated by telephone with me daily during the critical offer and closing phases, and was frequently in contact via either phone, email, or text during the time in between. There was never a moment I did not know what was next and what was expected of me. Although it is not typical, and he probably wouldn't want me to set the bar so high, but it is a fact that Andrew helped me get the first house I put an offer on and we closed on time just 30 days later. This was incredibly important as I needed to get out of the apartment I was in or sign another expensive short term lease to continue looking. Andrew was recommended to me by a friend and co-worker, and I will surely recommend him on to my friends should they be looking for a Realtor.
