I cannot say enough about Mary! She was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout our process, especially as 1st time home buyers! She lives in the area and knows the area, in fact everywhere we went around the lake she knew someone. She knew the process and told us what was going to come every step of the way and kept us informed on every little thing. We would receive emails and text all the time from her and she would respond the same day most of the time on any requests! Let me tell you what she knows how to negotiate, she told us many times, "based off of current market trends" I would do this or that" she was right all the time. She showed us like 12 homes within two weekends and she was so patient it was a real blessing! Oh and when we finally found our dream home, she did all the numbers and gave us a good solid number to make our first offer, which of course was turned down by the sellers, but in the end the how was appraised at the initial price that Mary told us to offer the sellers! Excellent negotiation skills for sure! You will not make a mistake by having Mary represent you in your next purchase or sale!Jake & Shauna Burden
