When I decided to sell my house, I interviewed seven agents. However, even though, Tammy was on a cruise, she responded and I was very impressed with her. And rightly so - in five days i had an acceptable contract and we closed in about three weeks. I highly recommend recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Mark and Tammy was wonderful. With Marks many years of experience as a contractor he was able to give us good numbers on what repairs on houses we looked at would be. Also he found several repairs that would have been missed and would have been costly. His knowledge was invaluable. Tammy was responsive and very helpful in dealing with all the different entities you work with while buying a home. She was able to make the buying process very smooth. They both made time to look at over a dozen houses before we settled on one. Thank you so much Mark and Tammy. We love our house!

ZillowVERIFIED An incredible and out standing team. Super knowledgeable and the sweetest people to boot! Asked to see a house on an unplanned day, got to see the house and plenty of others that they had lined up for us on a super short notice.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I both have had careers in sales so our expectations may be a little higher than most. Having dealt with several realtors in the area, we came across Tammy Scott through one of her listings. When we spoke with her initially, she was very knowledgeable and familiar with the market. We discussed our needs and she inadvertently narrowed down properties for us to consider - quality over quantity. We met she and Mark (bonus) at a lot we were considering. They both had all then information possible on the property possible to help us make an informed decision. Both were extremely professional, consultative, honest and most importantly their priority was to serve our needs over just making a sell. Highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy was a purely delightful to work with on our (my wife and I) purchase of a lot in the Canyon Lake, Texas area. I found her agency through an internet search and was impressed with her testimony and that of her husband Mark's (he is the broker). On paper, they seemed to have solid credentials and experience to enable us to have a successful search and purchase. I called Tammy and was immediately struck by her warmth, friendliness and grace. We talked at length about the market and what type of lot/area we wanted. Tammy presented some options to us and we made arrangements to travel to the area. Cutting to the end, we looked at many lots (she has patience) and decided on what we believed to be the perfect one. She guided us on what offer would likely be acceptable and we made it. Now we are grateful lot owners, looking forward to building our next home there. We are huge Tammy Scott fans.

ZillowVERIFIED When I decided to purchase a home in Canyon Lake from out of state remotely, I knew I was going to have to have an agent that I could rely upon to guide me. The first time I talked to Tammy I knew she was that agent. Because of her (and Mark's) knowledge of the area, builders and important contacts needed for buying the home I never had a need to worry about things. Tammy always made herself available for all my questions and made sure I stayed on top of things that needed to be done to get to closing. Needless to say, everything went smoothly. Tammy took a lot of the fear and trepidation out of buying a house sight unseen, and as a result, I am very happy with my new home. I highly recommend the Scott team!

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy assisted us with the house hunting process and the purchase of our home. Her knowledge of the area was very helpful along with her easy to talk to personality. This made it very easy for us to tell her what we loved and things we did not like. She always reminded us that we would find something we both loved and to not settle on what was important to us. If you are looking for an agent in the area you would be in great hands with the Classic Hill Country Realty team!

ZillowVERIFIED It was nothing short of GREAT working with Tammy and Mark to find our new home... We (my husband and I) differed on what we were looking for but Tammy and Mark were very patient while we searched and finally found what we were after. Mark's experience as a local home builder and engineer came in more than handy when selecting the right home to detect potential unforeseen issues that could possibly arise that no buyer wants to deal with. Tammy was a machine and always on point to show us new listings tailored to what we were after. Home buying can be exhausting but Tammy and Mark have the ability to make it pleasant. I highly recommend this team!

ZillowVERIFIED Impeccable, unmatched service and dedication. I had never sold a home so I had a lot of questions, and several dumb questions too. Tammy and Mark were very upfront and helpful. They explained everything we needed to do to sell our home. 2 days after listing, we had multiple offers and started a bidding war. We sold the home for well above asking. I cant say enough about this real estate power team; these folks don't sleep until the job is done. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED As indicated above I must rate Tammy and Mark at the very top end of the scale in every category. From our first meeting we found her to be well prepared, professional and eager to respond to our every inquiry. Tammy was instrumental in helping us find the home we were looking for. She advised us throughout the buying experience and stayed with us in all our dealings with our mortgage lender, escrow officer and title company. She also maintained regular contact with the listing agent and the builder to ensure that all our concerns were met in a timely manner. Tammy clearly acted as our personal agent throughout the buying process giving us professional and understandable advice on issues the might have been of some concern. The house we chose was under construction. Tammy guided us throughout the final stags of construction and was present for the walk through inspections to look for discrepancies in the finished product. In short, Tammy made a complicated process understandable and tolerable. We are impressed with Tammy in every respect and very impressed with her fund of knowledge and professional demeanor. It is our good fortune to have selected her to help us find our new home in Texas.

ZillowVERIFIED I called Tammy late on a Friday via a listing that had my interest. Saturday she met up with us, had 6 listings lined up to show us, did so, displayed excellent local knowledge and was as welcoming as could be. The 6 properties we saw did not strike us, but an empty lot on the way did. Within an hour Tammy and Mark had the skinny on the lot, advised us, and we now own it. Great, professional, enthusiastic service. And the kicker is this all occurred on Easter weekend the same day they were expecting company! You would have never known it by the prompt, patient, friendly service. If looking for a property in the Canyon Lake Texas area, I would give Tammy and Scott a call.

ZillowVERIFIED We have worked with Tammy & Mark Scott a number of times and have always had great results. We purchased land several years ago, and as our agents they helped us find a great lot to build our small vacation house on, and connected us with reputable builders. When the time came to sell, we called Tammy & Mark first and they had a buyer for us in less than 2 weeks. There were a few hiccups with the buyers, but they solved every issue quickly and effectively.About a year later, we were considering buying a larger piece of land and building a bigger custom home. We talked to a few other realtors who tried to lead us in different directions and we were so thoroughly conflicted that we called a halt to the land search for 2 years. That was actually a good call, as it allowed us to really think about our plans.Once we had a clear picture in-mind, we contacted Tammy & Mark, expecting that we might have to make some compromises on what we wanted. Instead, they were able to help us find neighborhoods that met our requirements. They gave us a list and we visited them on our own, so we could decide on 1-3 neighborhoods to seriously consider. We found one neighborhood that we knew was 'the one' as soon as we saw it. We contacted Tammy & Mark and they pulled up property for sale and we scheduled a visit to explore further. Thanks to their expert knowledge they were able to help us narrow down to just a few properties that were ideal for us. Tammy & Mark Scott are a great team. They are knowledgeable, patient and low pressure. They always go the extra mile and have delivered for us every time.
