Shane Clardy is the broker and owner of Clardy Real Estate. He is a native of Seneca, South Carolina and loves his job as a Realtor and Broker-Owner. He started his career working in Real Estate in 2004 and has been running strong ever sense. In 2008, he expanded his dream and opened his own brokerage- Clardy Real Estate. In 2019, he opened his second office in West Union, SC and in 2021 open the third office on Lake Keowee in Seneca. Clardy Real Estate serves Oconee, Pickens and Anderson Counties. Shane has always made it a priority to put others first in life, as well as when buying or selling real estate. Shane has been married to Kelly King Clardy for 30 years. They have two daughters, a son in law, two dogs & three cats. Shane is an active member of his local church, a previous board member of the Western Upstate of Realtors, a current member Of Western Upstate Multiple Listing Service, a Member of the Greenville Multiple Listing Service, member of the National Association of Realtors, Board member at Oconee Christian Academy in Seneca and Board member of Western Upstate.
