ZillowVERIFIED Dear Sellers and Buyers, I cannot say enough complimentary things about Nichole Krieger as a professional realtor. In February 2021 my wife and I were interested in viewing two homes. We contacted one of Zillows suggested realtors. Contacting Nichole totally at random was by far the best part of our lakefront home search. Her thorough knowledge of the area, the HOAs, market trends, and the comps in the area was impressive. However, what was even more amazing was the research she sent us the next day concerning those prospective homes. Over the next five months, Nichole always had our familys best interest at heart. We looked at dozens of homes during that time and Nichole visited dozens of others for us when we could not make the 100 mile trip. On all of these homes, Nichole provided videos, photos, supporting documents, and advice. We did place competitive offers on several homes that unfortunately went to other buyers, but Nichole never let us get discouraged. A few times we might have been drawn into bidding wars but Nicholes knowledge of the market gently reminded us to stay calm and mindful of our budget. Her mantra was aEURoeI just want your family to be happy and we WILL find the right home for all of you,aEUR? which she did. Our entire home purchase experience was very pleasant. Here are some of the reasons why: 1) Nicholes writing important criteria into our contract offers that protected our interests 2) her excellent negotiation skills 3) her firmness in dealing with contract/due diligence issues 4) Nicholes recommendations of a mortgage company and closing law firm 5) her knowledge of local trades people (home inspector, termite inspector, plumber, electrician, and handy man) and 6) Nicholes communication (text, email, and phone calls) that always kept us informed. We write this review to say that we have now spent two straight weekends enjoying our new lakefront home with our family. ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Nichole before on a home purchase, so naturally, I came back to her when I was ready to sell our previous home. She did a great listing, with beautiful pictures. My home was in a "harder to sell" area, and after nearly a year of showings and no offers, she hired a professional to come take more pictures, and she did a brand new listing. The first day it was relisted, we got the offer. This house challenged both of us, from the time of the offer through to the closing, but Nichole kept me informed all the way through, helped me with a list of professionals to contact for repairs and even offered to meet repairmen at the house so I did not have to miss work. She is very involved in the entire process and she pushes when she needs to, and goes above and beyond. I would recommend you contact her if you are looking to buy or sell.

Nichole was more responsive to our wishes and we scheduled a visit to SC with her and two other nearby states with other realtors. Nichole gave us her full attention before and on the day of our visit. She was organized and very knowledgeable about the area and properties and had no problem with some of our last minute changes. We were interested in one property, but did not decide until we visited with our other realtors. We still liked the property and made an offer and a special Sunday appointment with her to see it again. She was quite willing and we were able to close the deal. I find it particularly relevant that she represented the seller in this property as well as us.
