When our mother passed away,A my brother and I became the co-trustees of her estate, including her house, which was almost 80 years old. After extensive research and interviews, we selected Laura because of her superior ratings and reviews and because she made it clear that she would be the only contact we would need to communicate with, keeping the communication process simple. As it turned out, her communication was stellar. She replied promptly to emails, texts, and phone calls and kept us apprised of progress. We were amazed at how quickly and efficiently she had the home ready for sale. She had a very good gardener landscape the yard, a talented painter paint the garage floor and walls, and multiple professionals repair plumbing and electrical issues. We went with her recommendation to have the home staged. Wow, what a difference. The house sold very quickly, with multiple offersA over the asking price. She worked with us on the sale of a duplex that had a lot of deferred maintenance issues and was filled with a lifetime of possessions. She worked with her extensive team of vendors, contractors, and tradespeople to clean out, repair, recondition, and fully transform the aging property into an attractive and appealing home. She managed and coordinated EVERY DETAIL of work including clearing the property, arranging inspections, putting on a new roof, repairing dry rot damage, tenting for termites, installing new doors and windows, refinishing floors, complete painting inside and outside, installing new lighting and plumbing fixtures, and landscaping. She brought in high-end, beautiful staging, arranged high quality professional photography, and held open houses.
