Christie's International Real Estate

Working with Christina was hands-down one of the best decisions we made in selling our home. From day one, she came in with a clear strategy and deep knowledge of the market. She didnt just list our house and hope for the best. She explained why certain pricing, timing, and presentation decisions mattered, especially in a market that wasnt exactly in the sellers favor. Every recommendation she made was thoughtful, data-driven, and tailored to our specific home and neighborhood. Because of her strategy, execution, and attention to detail, we were able to sell our house quickly, despite the market conditions. That outcome was not luck. It was the result of Christinas experience, preparation, and commitment to her clients.

if there was a 10-star rating, Christina would have gotten it from us. she shared many little tips with us on how to make our home more appealing. kind, caring and the ultimate professional, she was always available to us and no question was left unanswered. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

Christina exceeded all expectations I had for the sale of our home. Her professionalism and outstanding reputation helped to secure a buyer for our home in much less time then I expected. Christina and her team are like a well oiled machine, with their no stone left unturned approach and behind the scenes work. She made the process of selling our home very easy . If you are wanting to sell your home, even in this market give yourself the best advantage hire Christina McIntosh.

Christina was absolutely fantastic! We have known her for 15 years through our neighborhood and children, so when it was time to sell our current home and buy a new one, Christina was our first phone call. Her knowledge of the local market is amazing and her help getting through the process made everything that much easier. We would highly recommend her to anyone in the Nocatee/Ponte Vedra market.

Christina's market experience and willingness to assist her clients goes beyond what you'd expect with a real estate professional. Christina should be the first call for anyone looking for a realtor. After being outbid on a property, we thought we lost our chance to find our perfect home to purchase. A couple of weeks later, she found an even better fit at a lower price point.
