I thought she is Korean but she is actually part Filipino like me and my family. ZillowVERIFIED If you want a hard-working and honest realtor with a heart of gold, then Christina McIntosh is your person. Christina was our realtor responsible for renting our Nocatee property. She walked us through the leasing process and handled every aspect from listing our property to securing a new tenant. She met every single one of our needs and addressed all of our many questions. She always made herself available and quickly responded to us. She was able to procure a signed lease agreement in less than three days. We ended up moving out-of-state when the unfortunate happened and our tenants terminated the lease early. This situation placed our family in a difficult situation. Thankful, Christina was there to handle the situation. Her positive attitude and quick action resulted in finding our new (and current) tenants quickly thereafter. Christina was also responsible for connecting us with another realtor who helped us find the home that we are currently residing in today in Virginia. We're a military family and have relocated quite a bit. If we had Christina back then, she would have saved us a lot of stress. Unfortunately, we've dealt with others in the realty business who don't share in Christina's values or work ethic. They would see us as numbers to add to their own bottom-line. But that's not Christina. She saw us as people and treated us with respect and compassion. She took care of our entire family by meeting all of our needs.
