We werent quite looking for a home but had signed up for something online to receive listings. Jeff had called my husband and checked in on where we were at in the home buying process for over a year. We werent even living in SD at the time but knew SD was where we wanted to buy at. Once we moved back to SD, we happened to stumble upon an open house and Jeff was actually showing the house. We put an offer in on that same house Jeff showed us. It was a super nice February Sunday and we called Jeff to make an offer. He has a family and kids that he was probably spending the day with, but he still was there for us. Every step of the way. Even when we ran into problems and stress from the mortgage company. Highly recommend him as a realtor. We are now settled in our dream home and couldnt be happier.
