Honestly, I have procrastinated a little on writing this review because I wanted to reflect on how grateful we are to have had Madison and Christians Team for this recent home purchase. As a military family serving more than twenty-four years, we have had a lot of experience purchasing and selling homes in the past twenty-five years. When we first contacted Madison, I thought we would be more than a year away from considering our new home seriously. Instead, Madison took time to find out what we wanted and provided honesty to match our expectations, location, price, and type of home. After looking at several homes in the area via the internet, I decided to have a new home built in one of the new subdivisions. Jeff helped me to locate a builder that could accomodate my needs and timeline. He provided a plat map of the area so I could pick out my lot. I discussed with him the design and square footage and layout of the home I needed and he had plans drawn up, which we modified to my satisfaction. I purchased the lot, signed on with a builder and I am in the process of having my custom home built, thanks to the co-ordination and help of Jeff and his team. Jeff was in constant contact with me to address any questions I had. The escrow team was also very helpful in the closing on the purchase of the lot.
