Chris Timmons Team

Ryan was a perfect fit for us; He was extremely patient and knowledgeable. My fiancA(C) and I are first time homeowners. He explained everything to us; He answered any questions that I had and we all trusted the process together. I felt that he had our best interest at heart!! I pray infinite blessings in this young mans life and that he is fruitful in every endeavor. Ryan is family now!!

I don't know. I made an appointment through zillow for Jose to show us a property. My wife and I drove 25 minutes to the property at the agreed on time. We arrived early to the showing time. We walked around the property and waited for 20 minutes for him to arrive, but he did not. I did not recieve a call or email saying he was not coming or running late. Even now, 2 hours after the appointment time, no communication from him. I will never work with him or chris timmons agency if they can't even give a courtesy phone call or email when we had a showing booked. Very unprofessional.

Ryan did a great job accommodating for my busy schedule. He was very helpful in answering questions I had or getting answers when things came up. It was nice to have someone who was willing to work with me through each and every step. He made sure I knew exactly when deadlines were due and what was needed from me.

He was extremely helpful finding exactly what I was looking for! He even set up daily listings to be sent out everyday at 6am for me to see what was newly posted!

I would recommend Ryan to anyone looking to buy. He responded very quickly when I reached out, answered any questions that I had, and went above and beyond to make sure that the process was very easy for me. 10/10
