Review Chris recently helped me with my first home purchase. He is very knowledgeable and approaches selling as if he was the buyer. If something doesn't look right, he will tell you. Having a past in remodeling/construction also gives him an eye for detail which comes in handy. the first house I looked out he found a few flaws I didn't see which could have led to some costly repairs. Thankfully he is a realtor who takes the time to understand his clients and their needs. He will tell it to you straight and has plenty of industry contacts if you need to get quotes for repairs. Review Chris was extremely helpful in helping me find my first home/investment property. He came highly recommended from a friend and didn't disappoint at all. After our initial conversation of me explaining what I was looking for as far as price, location, size, etc; he set the MLS portal to send me emails automatically on listings that fit my criteria. On the showings, he was very knowledgeable and pointed out things to me and offered great advice/ideas for me to implement. He was there every step of the way; initial offer, inspections, negotiations, you name it!! He has over 20+ yrs of experience so he is very well connected with mortgage lenders as well. Review Kayleen and Chris are the 'must work with' real estate dynamic duo in the Harrisburg area. If you're in the market to buy or you're looking to sell, this team is who you're going to want to use. Their jacket of experience is hard to compare to. I trusted Kayleen 100% to help me find and buy my first house and Chris was always on hand to lend his assistance. If it wasn't for these two and their patience, knowledge, and sense of humor, I would've had a whole meltdown a long time ago or, even worse, bought a crappy home or went back to renting.

Review We first met Chris when, after seeing a house on Zillow we were interested in looking at, he was randomly assigned to us when we filled out an online form for a realtor to contact us. What luck that turned out to be! We set up a time to look at the house, intending thereafter to try to find a realtor from our town to use, but we were so pleased with Chris, we nixed that plan! Although we ended up purchasing a house that was "for sale by owner" we promised Chris we'd have him sell our house. He asked to come to see our house and walk through to give us suggestions for what to do to get it ready to sell. He offered to give us names and phone numbers of contractors he knew to do good work and who were reliable. (We did hire one whom he suggested!) He had good suggestions, and we really felt that when it came time to sell, his advice had been spot on. We felt we'd done the right things to make it show well but had not overdone it. Before listing Chris came back, walked through again, and we started to talk about price. UItimately he wanted to list it at a higher price than we expected, so we were pleased and hopeful. We completed all the forms, pictures were taken, the house got a sign outside and the listing went live online in a timely manner. I don't know if it was the market, good luck, or the magic of Chris Timmons, but our house was listed on a Wednesday, we had a dozen or more showings starting Thursday, and by Sunday (after two offers- one at list price, one slightly under) we were under contract. Chris kept in touch through closing and everything went off without a hitch.Chris was just a good fit for us. He's on top of things, but not pushy, knowledgable but not a know it all, positive but not unrealistically so, super professional but not aloof or snobbish. He was always on time and did what he promised. We highly recommend using Chris as your realtor. He knows his stuff and is a nice guy, too!
