Chelsea Phillips Group

Cant say enough about Nick Witchel. Having been through countless real estate transactions, we have dealt with many agents. Nick stands out above the rest - he truly goes above and beyond in every way possible and makes every part of the transaction feel seamless. His background in design is such a great additive and we loved hearing his fresh and innovative ideas for renovation. Nick is consummately honest, always calm and kept us smiling throughout. We consider Nick to be not just an agent, but a friend. Cant wait to do our next transaction together Nick!

Chelsea and her team did a terrific job, especially coming through big during final negotiations and closing. I highly recommend Chelsea and her team to anyone buying or selling a home in Savannah.

Weve used Chelsea and her team several times over the years to buy and sell, and we honestly wouldnt use anyone else! She recently helped us sell our bungalow in Ardsley Park as we made an out-of-state move, and as always, she made the entire process so easy. Chelsea knows Savannah and its individual neighborhoods so well, is always honest, super responsive, and goes out of her way for her clients. She found multiple interested buyers, and ultimately found a wonderful buyer for our home. After working with her so many times, she has truly become a dear friend to us. We honestly dont know what we would have done without her! So thankful for Chelsea and her team, and for everything shes done for us over the years. I highly recommend her and anyone on her team if youre considering buying or selling in Ardsley Park or anywhere in the Savannah area!

In an uncertain real estate market, Chelsea sold our house in 12 days for full asking price. She and her highly-skilled team worked tirelessly to support every aspect of the selling process. They never once dropped the ball making sure all the myriad of details were taken care of. Chelseas familiarity with home values in Ardsley Park was also an incredible asset. We could not be happier with the stellar professionalism and real estae expertise Chelsea and her team brought to our selling experience!

Courtney was amazing to work with. She handled everything we needed done and even the things we didnt know we wanted. She will certainly be our realtor of choice for each and every future purchase or sell we have!
