Brent was great, the ultimate in professionalism. We have bought and sold many homes, and Brent is clearly one of the best. He was very patient as we looked at many houses over a period of many weeks, never pushy in any way. We changed our minds at least 10 times on what we wanted in a home, and he just adapted and we moved forward. Brent grew up here and obviously knows the area and the market. He was a wealth of information that helped us in deciding what neighborhood, what features, etc. to focus on. When it came time to do the deal, he clearly knew all the documents and was able to prepare an offer package in less than 30 minutes. We appreciated his advice through the negotiation process and feel that we arrived at a fair deal. Very important to us is that Brent was on top of every detail, every deadline, every form, every step in the process of getting through escrow. We closed on time with no surprises and little anxiety. Even after the sale, Brent gave us referrals for local trusted contractors. I'm sure he would help in any way he can, even several years down the road.
