Kavner helped us buy our first home in Reno, Nevada. We had been looking for over 3 years. In that time Mike was always available to show us listings and help us search for the perfect home for us. We are so appreciative of his expertise and helping us jump on the home that was right for us. We appreciate his knowledge of the area and local market.

Mike is AWESOME! Mike listened to what I was looking for in a home and found homes that checked all the boxes and few I hadnt considered. His professionalism, expertise and excellent interpersonal skills made him a joy to work with. His guidance and help was very much appreciated and he knew I would find the right house and of course he was right. The communication once I made the offer was great and Mike walked me through the entire process and made sure that all my concerns were address completely.

Pat was extremely helpful helping my sell my first house. He was very involved all steps of the sale, which was important to me being my first time. He gave lots of advice on improvements to complete to help my sale value, thoroughly explained all documents, and responded to text messages within minutes. Pat went above and beyond and made me feel like we were a team with no task being too small. He made this process easy and I highly recommend him for first timers!

My wife and I retained Patrick as our agent when we were looking for a new construction home in northern Nevada. We could not have had a better experience. Patrick?s knowledge of the area and his prompt response and availability during our search were a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend Patrick and his expertise when looking for a home in the northern Nevada area.

Did a great job. Had some challenging situations come up but he dealt with them like a professional. Got into a new area of listings and did a wonderful job.
