We were put into touch with Patrick on a late Friday evening when we were in the state visiting and looking for houses, we had a bad experience with another agent and we?re left hanging but once we were introduced to Patrick he made up for it and then some. He quickly made appointment for all the houses we wanted to see and even back tracked on a house we wanted a second look at. After the day of showing us some houses we made the decision to put in an offer.
