I have been trying to find a decent honest real estate agent before I met Steven and it was not an easy thing to do but once I got to know Steven I can say one hundred percent that I was very impressed. He goes out his way to make things happen for you as his customer no gimicks or scams hes very professional and I was very impressed to meet someone like Steven who you can see he's not about his own interests and he will go out his way for you as an individual regardless or color, age, or nationality. We worked with Steven when we purchased our secondary home in Bluffton S.C. We found Steven easy to work with, he was quick to respond to questions and knowledgeable about local support services we needed in order to make our remote sale happen in a short timeframe. We would work with Steven again on a future sale or purchase.

Had him as a landlord for a year. Had a pool key that he was supposed to set up but never did. Took hours to answer back when the heat in the house was broken. Did not want to believe the plumbing was a problem and the house ended up flooding because of a root underground. Also, the door knob to the building was supposed to be fixed but never was so it was hanging off the whole year.

Steven is a great real estate professional who is extremely knowledgeable about property in Southeastern South Carolina. I have dealt with several horrendous realtors in other parts of the country. Steven on the other hand actually listens to what his customers are looking for. Additionally, he is incredibly responsive, which truly makes me feel as if I am his top priority. What more is there to say about Steven than knowing he goes the extra mile for his customers.
