ZillowVERIFIEDWhat more is there to say about Steven than knowing he goes the extra mile for his customers. My wife and I recently purchased a property in Isle of Palms after having spent our entire lives in the Northeast. Being new to the area we needed someone we could trust, and Steven was exactly that.My wife is the type of person who asks many questions and Steven was extremely timely in responding to all of my wife's questions. He was very helpful in our home buying process. Thank you Steve!

ZillowVERIFIED Steven is a great real estate professional who is extremely knowledgeable about property in Southeastern South Carolina. I have dealt with several horrendous realtors in other parts of the country. Steven on the other hand actually listens to what his customers are looking for. Additionally, he is incredibly responsive, which truly makes me feel as if I am his top priority. I would highly recommend Steven for someone who is looking to buy property in the Bluffton / Hilton Head area. Thank you Steven!

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Steven when we purchased our secondary home in Bluffton S.C. We found Steven easy to work with, he was quick to respond to questions and knowledgeable about local support services we needed in order to make our remote sale happen in a short timeframe. We would work with Steven again on a future sale or purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Steven was very easy, he was very knowledgeable about the area we were interested in, and had great suggestions for properties we didn't think we'd be interested in but ultimately met our needs. In fact, the home we purchased was one he suggested, but we'd never considered just based on the Zillow listing.
