Mikeal truly made my first time buying a complete breeze. Originally had trouble months prior with another and decided to take a shot in the dark and there he was. From being educated on what needed to be known for first time buyers but to also breaking things down and explaining with much more detail about even the smaller things really made me confident I was in great hands especially with requests after inspection. He was very precise and detailed with explaining whats best recommended and suggested for negotiations. After seeing and looking around for homes I feel beyond lucky to have been able to work with such a great team who were always on top of things. After being shown my home days later it was off market and a few weeks I had the keys. Even though some days were a bit rocky which most were on my part Mike was incredible at adapting and staying on top of everything. Cannot recommend Mikeal and his team enough! If you need to look or buy property and are hesitant dont be because this is a team that takes pride in achieving the best of their abilities for what youre looking for.
