ZillowVERIFIEDMikeal truly made my first time buying a complete breeze. Originally had trouble months prior with another and decided to take a shot in the dark and there he was. From being educated on what needed to be known for first time buyers but to also breaking things down and explaining with much more detail about even the smaller things really made me confident I was in great hands especially with requests after inspection. He was very precise and detailed with explaining whats best recommended and suggested for negotiations. After seeing and looking around for homes I feel beyond lucky to have been able to work with such a great team who were always on top of things. After being shown my home days later it was off market and a few weeks I had the keys. Even though some days were a bit rocky which most were on my part Mike was incredible at adapting and staying on top of everything. Cannot recommend Mikeal and his team enough! If you need to look or buy property and are hesitant dont be because this is a team that takes pride in achieving the best of their abilities for what youre looking for.

ZillowVERIFIED Mikeal has been an outstanding realtor. Went up and beyond what he needed to do. Talked us through the whole process. Kept us updated on the house and even made sure to help guide us when we needed it. Answered all our questions in a timely manner, even if he didnt know the answer he would find out for us. Would recommend to everyone wanting to buy a home. He made this experience feel as if family was around helping us.

ZillowVERIFIED Mikeal did an incredible job, he was quick to answer any questions and make sure I always understood what I was reading or doing when it came to the home buying process. As a first time home buyer I had so much anxiety and he eased that for me more than once. If you are looking for someone who will be there with you every step of the way and will make sure you are always getting what you deserve and are happy in the end, he should be your first choice!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Mikeal was great! he made the process of buying our first home very easy! He found us a great home within our price range, in the Lawton community, and then negotiated a lower price than we expected. He kept me informed from start to finish during each step of the home buying process, and we had zero complications, and no confusion. Mikeal is a very trustworthy, and professional agent. I will definitely recommend him to everyone I know who is looking into buying or renting a home in the future!
