Century Homes Realty Group

Yi was the most helpful, kind, and friendly realtor we've worked with! It was difficult finding the right apartment for us, especially with our ESAs - it seemed like he was the only one who truly understood what that meant, too. He was extremely accommodating when it came to our busy schedules for viewing the apartment and was quick to respond to any questions we had. It was the smoothest transition into our new home and he always advocated for us as tenants, as well. The time it took to sign our lease and get the keys was swift and it was all because of him and our wonderful landlords. Everything was straightforward and we didn't feel like we were just another applicant - we felt valued and and heard throughout the entire process. Thank you again for helping us land our new home!

I couldn't have asked for better support in selling my house. I was overseas during the entire process, which meant that Mr. Lin had to handle almost everything on the ground for me. He was incredibly patient and responsive and kept me informed throughout, despite the distance and time difference. What I appreciated most was that he didn't simply wait for instructions or problems to resolve themselves. When challenges came up, he took the initiative, came up with good ideas and practical solutions, and helped move things along much more quickly than I could have managed from abroad. It gave me tremendous peace of mind knowing that I had someone dependable looking after the sale in my absence. I am very grateful for everything he did and would recommend him without hesitation.

Yi is an exceptional real estate agent. He was incredibly quick to address all of my concerns regarding my rental apartment. He did not charge any broker renewal fees, which shows he genuinely cares about the people he works with. On one specific occasion, Yi spent hours helping me address and resolve a concern I had with my landlord. I am always appreciative of the dedication Yi has towards tenants. I highly recommend his services if anyones looking to rent or even buy, Yi will definitely go above and beyond for you.

Mr. Lin is very diligent and hard working. This is what my lawyer says every time we talk to her. He got our property sold in a week. It was a little too fast for what I expected. Very responsive, always had time, and very patient with his clients. Our family is very happy that we met Mr Lin and got our condo sold fast. He knows the Flushing area very well
