I was having a really hard time finding the right apartment with my fiance until my close friends recommended us to Yi. When we first met him, he was super friendly and gave us a full tour of the apartment?s amenities. He took his time to understand our needs and gave us his honest opinion all the way through. Not only did he find us a good place but he helped us communicate with the landlord and the land lord to repaint the entire Aparment, make sure the place was cleaned, and had the bathroom enhanced. A month in our fridge had some issues and he came over to help bring over a handy man to check on it and long story short he followed up and helped get our fridge replaced with a brand new fridge. Yi is surely amazing, he doesn?t just do well at his job, he also does so well at building trust and good relationships with all of his clients. You won?t find anybody more sincere and caring as Yi. I highly recommend him if you?re looking to rent or even buy.

He was extremely prompt to respond to my inquiries and flexible with his time for the showing. On the day of the showing, he took over an hour to give us a tour of the room and its amenities. Then he carefully noted our requests plus additional repairs that the unit required and by the time we moved in, everything had been addressed. Thanks to him, we managed to sign the lease in just 2 days since the viewing, and my wife and I are extremely satisfied with the apartment. Even after the lease is signed, he is amicable and makes himself available for any questions and requests. Compared to other realtors who never care to resound to your requests for viewing, he is highly professional and puts his clients needs as the highest priority.

Yi hits all the targets you need from an agent.
