Century 21 Transcendent Realty

We were moving across the country to the Cleveland area. We were not familiar with the area at all and had a very large area we were looking at. Jamie was able to help us navigate the pros and cons of many houses in many many neighborhoods. He was responsive and answered all of my questions. We found a great house at a great price. I highly recommend him.

Jamie is thorough and detailed. Made the process of purchasing a home simple. I will recommend Jamie as he has your best interest at the top of his priority.

Denise was an outstanding real estate agent throughout my entire home-buying journey. She was warm, personable, patient and extremely thorough each time we viewed a home. She listened carefully to what I wanted and remained committed to helping me find the right home rather than simply encouraging me to make a purchase. With my demanding work schedule, Denise consistently made herself available so I could see the homes that truly interested me, often working around limited timeframes. She was responsive, knowledgeable and attentive through every stage of the process, and her guidance and encouragement were invaluable. Thanks to her dedication, I found the home I had been hoping for. I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care and service she provided, and I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone buying or selling a home.

Heavenn was an amazing agent. She took the time to answer all of my questions. She made every effort to get me in to see as many houses as possible in a very short time while I was visiting the area, and was able to get us under contract before I left. She made it a point to check in on us during the mortgage approval process, and kept us updated as much as possible. She went above and beyond to help us get the inspections done while we were out of state. If you are looking to buy a house in the greater Cleveland/Akron area, go direct to Heavenn. You'll be glad you did!

Jamie did an outstanding job partnering to sell our house in North Royalton OH. Local / market knowledge helped us have the right price for a quick sale! 10 out of 10 recommend
