I thoroughly enjoy helping people find the home of their dreams and approach every home as if I'd be buying it for myself. I prefer taking a non-pushy approach as I do not believe the home buying process is something that should be rushed but once a home is selected, I will fight to make sure we get the best deal possible! 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
With it being a seller's market and limited inventory, it can be a frustrating finding a home in some cases. Keep the process fun!
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
It's very much a seller's market with inventory being so limited. If you'd like a quick sale, trust the process and do not over-price your home to avoid any market stigma.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
All types! Relocation, Military, First-Time Home Buyers, Sellers, Commercial
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
A relocation client of mine used their company visits and after only meeting myself 1 time, valued my opinion enough to purchase a home only via a FaceTime tour. When they finally saw the home, they couldn't have been happier!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
My dad was expanding his team and real estate was something that intrigued me!
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
One of less than 150 people in Ohio that is a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP).
