Century 21 Scheetz

My wife and I asked Kristi to be our realtor based on a recommendation from a friend who had successfully sold her home in our neighborhood in just two weeks. We never once regretted our choice! With her wealth of experience, Kristi offers invaluable advice on pricing and how best to prepare a home for sale, backing it up with an analysis of comparable sales. Her suggestions proved highly effective; some of the steps she recommended would never have even crossed our minds. She and her colleagues handle the listing process skillfully, and communication with her is always prompt. At the same time, Kristi never pushes her own opinion; she listens to your wishes with understanding, takes your specific circumstances into account, and accommodates them as much as possible. Thanks to her efforts, the house was listed on April 21, 2026, and by May 3, 2026, we had received an offer that satisfied both of us. Throughout this, Kristi worked patiently and thoughtfully with us on two previous offers that we had decided to reject. The entire process, from listing to closing, was perfectly organized. I would also add that Kristi is a charming and exceptionally friendly person who is a pleasure to work with.

Kristi was amazing! She is everything you want from a realtor. Strong communication, feeling like you are important to the agent, always updating with even the smallest of details, quick responses, and gives honest feedback with no bs. Working with Kristi and her team was extremely easy and we're so happy to have worked with her. We've already set up our parents to work with Kristi to sell their home in a few months. We would 100 percent recommend Kristi and if you're looking for a realtor be sure to contact her before going with anyone else. You won't be disappointed!

I needed to sell a home in the short term. Kristi helped me pull everything together and complete the sale (over asking price) in one month, even while she was out of the country. I'd highly recommend Kristi!

Cortney was very professional & kind. She helped find the perfect buyer for my home. She was quick to respond to texts and walked me through the process of selling my home so my dream of moving to Florida could become a reality. I highly recommend this jewel of a realtor. She truly cares about her clients!

Having previously purchased a home with Kristi nearly a decade ago, teaming up with her for our next move was a no-brainer. We were a bit worried about the daunting task of searching for the perfect home for our family, but once again, Kristi made everything so impressively smooth and easy from the beginning of the process through closing date. She is incredibly market savvy, highly communicative, sharp, and somehow on top of all of those qualities, is just an absolute delight to work with. I will always recommend Kristi to anyone looking for an exceptional real estate agent.
