For anyone considering selling their home, we would highly recommend that they list with Neil Rubsam. His professional knowledge and excellent customer service was second to none. We had previously listed our home at Lake Anna with another agent at a different Real Estate company which proved to be a very frustrating experience. There was no communication, no feedback, and no results, and as a result we took the home off the market.Prior to putting our house back on the market, we had received a letter from Neil introducing himself and explaining his services. Although we had received letters from other Realtors, Neil included a hand written note on the back stating that he did not know why our home had not sold, and mentioned a few creative suggestions. We contacted Neil and were very impressed in his marketing techniques. He presented more information in our first meeting than the previous agent had during the months they had our home listed. Immediately our home was listed on MLS, with wonderful pictures and details. Neil was in almost daily contact, updating on number of showings, ideas, and current market conditions. Within a few short weeks we had an offer. The day before settlement, the buyers financing fell thru. The deal was about to be lost. Neil requested to speak to the buyers mortgage company and due to his ingenious ideas, he saved the deal. Without Neils resourcefulness we would have lost this buyer. We are so grateful for all of Neils assistance through this process. He is a superior Realtor and would like to recommend him to all those who need a capable and informative Realtor whether selling or purchasing a home. He is a superior and hardworking agent.
