Youre going to love working with Janet! Shes straight forward tells you honest insight and shes there after the sale. As first time home buyers we talked with a bunch of different realtors. Some were slow and responses were like they werent taking us serious, or never got back with us. Even when they said they would. Janet has Always called us back. If she had to look into finding answers, she will do her very best to get them and explore options with you. She listens. I mean, she takes the time and you would think you were her only customers in the world. She looked after us like you would for someone in your family. She is there with you for the Long haul and worth every minute of your consideration to work with her. Are you calling her yet? You should be. I could go on for days here with examples. Like the one time I wanted to walk the 22 acres to find where the land markers are. Im talking Steep Hills in the woods.. I was expecting to just hike it on my own. No way, Janet was right there helping us search. She was teaching us what the difference was on deed maps on where to find the markers and what different color codes for the state survey ribbons where. What a journey the home buying experience was for us, but Tad was the consummate professional the entire time.
