Truly an amazing person to work with- Geeta. We just moved in to our house in Fremont, it happened just because of her hard work.When we started looking for house ,as first time home buyer we were totally ignorant about the real estate market.Geeta prepared us , educated, and helped for planning with different strategies and guided us through every step to make the best possible decisions.She has incredible depth of knowledge of the industry, areas with good schools,and good negotiation skills. She is very professional,passionate about her job and committed, who is available to you with quick response time to any of your real estate questions.During our buying process, there was some delay in loan process, but every single day, Geeta was calling the lender for speeding up the process and updating us and the listing agent so that everybody is in same page and make sure that no communication gap between us. The listing agent is also having very high opinion about her . The seller was willing to work with us and patiently waiting for almost two months just because of Geeta's tactful dealings.Now,even after we got the house, she stretches her hands to help us find contractors for remodeling, coloring and all other needs.After three months of interaction with Geeta we realized that, we not only got our dream house, but also a kind,smart and loving sister to us.We have already recommended Geeta as a realtor to all of our friends who are looking for buying house. We got referred to Geeta by one our friend. When meet her first time, she was very clear in approach and listen to our requirement. She started to show property based on our suggestion. After looking few homes with us, she got an idea what we are looking. To start with we were more willing to buy an home based on our suggestion and property but she requested to see one property once and then decide before going with our suggestion. After seeing property based on her input, we could not think of buying anything else. We eventually bought a home in a new community which she recommended. I am thankful to Geeta that she requested us to see that property once and that was the turning point of our home buying process. We were very fortunate to have Geeta as our buying agent in a very competitive market around South Bay. She recently helped us buy our house in San Jose and in our opinion she has everything one would like in an ideal agent. She is very patient, always available even during middle of the night if you have a question, extremely hard working and very good in developing a relationship with the selling agent. It took us almost six months to find a perfect house for us which would fulfil all our needs and Geeta was available almost every weekend to show us the listed houses. Geeta always answered our questions patiently and gave her honest opinion about every property we saw. Geetas calm demeanor made us feel very comfortable working with her and we never felt that she was imposing her views on us. When we were ready to make an offer she worked very hard with the selling agent to ensure that our offer is accepted. She is very detail oriented and organized. So when the offer was accepted she ensured that everything is done in a timely manner by working with house inspectors, loan agent and title company. We give full credit to her for finding the house we wanted. Without her help we wouldn't have been able to buy our dream house.We would highly recommend Geeta as a Real Estate Agent to anyone looking to buy or sell their property.
