ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Kate, she is extremely knowledgeable, patient, responsive and at the same time works with the sellers for the best deal for both the parties. Over the years we have worked with many realtors on various real estate transactions but nothing even comes close to my experience with Kate. We worked with Kate for more than 2 years to find the ideal home we loved, it's a very competitive market and Kate is the best. Our transaction had multiple clauses and it was very confusing and time-consuming even for an experienced buyer like me, I don't think without Kate we might have moved forward with this specific transaction. The transaction required us to have a lot of trust and patience between both sellers and buyers. I can almost guarantee this deal might have fallen off the cliff if done through any other agent. We had multiple long calls/conversations about the specific challenges and how to resolve them. I am looking forward to working with Kate for years to come!

ZillowVERIFIED Kate helped us buy a new home and sell the one we lived in. Neither transaction was simple, but Kate helped us navigate many obstacles with skill and good cheer. I really appreciated the great care and attention to detail that she took with our transactions. I highly recommend Kate!

ZillowVERIFIED Kate helped us list and sell our home in SVCC. Kate has a great reputation in the community and is an expert in that market. She has extensive knowledge of all the homes (different models) and the mini-neighborhoods in SVCC. She was the obvious choice once we decided to sell our home and she did not disappoint. She was very responsive throughout the process. She has a great crew that works for her and handles everything well. It took a while for our property to sell (winter months) but we really appreciated Kate's perseverance throughout the whole process. She continued to host open houses and do viewings for months without us even asking for more open houses. I've heard from other sellers that their agents start whining after a few open houses as most are spoilt by the usually fast clearing bay area real estate market. She was spot on with her price estimate and with her advise on what to do with various offers. We felt no pressure to do anything that we were not inclined to do. She was a true ally that aligned her interests with us in the selling process. She is very knowledgeable, great at what she does, is professional and really puts in the work to earn her commission. You can't go wrong with her. We recommend her whole-heartedly!

ZillowVERIFIED Kate Davey is the most professional, most intelligent, and easiest to work with. I highly recommend her. She was the seller's agent when we bought our last home and we were impressed with her win-win approach. Most recently, Kate patiently worked with us for over a year and did an outstanding job helping us buy our dream home and sell the house we lived in. Kate is very logical in her approach. She knows the market well and will do her best to meet and exceed your expectations. Simply put - she is the best.

ZillowVERIFIED Kate took on what she thought may have been an easy sale, we ran into some personal issues and Kate was gracious, professional and never gave up on us. I would highly recommend her. Kate knows the business, she is fair, she works hard and she gets the job done. She has an amazing staff who I would say all the same for.

ZillowVERIFIED Kate is a bay area real estate veteran with a differentiating approach to attracting qualified buyers from the upper peninsula and the far East for best results. Our $1.8M Ranch house was listed with Kate and four short months later she closed deal very close to the asking price. Her calming presence and style along with her outstanding knowledge of the local market made the successful sale of your house a reality. Kate is a pro with substance. Gus and Mary Castello
