Patrick was the perfect realtor for us. He made us feel comfortable and informed throughout our entire home selling process.We reached out to Patrick because he had sold a similar unit in our condo complex and got a great piece (peak market). After meeting with him, we felt confident in his pricing strategy and marketing plan for our unit. Having a realtor who had the resources to handle small last minute improvements was a huge help since it helped reduce our stress.After each open house, Patrick would provide us with a breakdown of foot traffic, level of interest, and general comments that were expressed. Throughout each step, we felt very involved, despite now living over 100 miles away.A Eventually we received our offers and Patrick talked us through the various offers and their pros/cons. We ended up selecting an offer well in line with what we had hoped to sell the house for (even with the market slow down)!I would highly recommend Patrick for anyone looking for a proactive and involved realtor who looks to maximize the sale price of your house!

I have recently completed a sell of my condo. It was a great journey of six months. He comes up with a plan from the first meeting, presents me a plan - how he wants to compete with other sellers of this area, shows a statistic data from a market and then estimates a value we can generate from the transaction. After we establish an agency agreement, his advice goes very detail. The everything is to maximize our profit and values of property, without using a lot of resources. Until the last day of closing, he cares all the unease or unfamiliar situations to me. Most people, like me - a first-time home seller becomes unmatured, doubtful or lack of ideas about the real estate biz. It is important to mention, his personality is also great. His always positive and ready-to-help attitude should bring a special ingredient to your journey too. In the end, I would recommend him to a person who thinks selling/buying a property in a near future.
