ZillowVERIFIEDI would like to deeply thank Vugar Hasanov for his excellent service and support throughout the stressful and challenging process of buying my property. Vugar is very honest, professional, supportive, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and always accessible. He truly went above and beyond to make this stressful process as smooth as possible for me. Vugar has a great personality, full of energy and enthusiasm. He is also very trustworthy and honest, which was one of the most important factors for me in choosing him. Moreover, he made himself consistently available to me and provided continuous support even after closing. I truly appreciate all the support I received from Vugar throughout this challenging journey!
ZillowVERIFIEDVugar was amazing from our 1st phone call until handing me my keys. I enjoyed working with him and I felt he was focused on me and my property throughout the process.
ZillowVERIFIEDI have recently completed a sell of my condo. It was a great journey of six months. He comes up with a plan from the first meeting, presents me a plan - how he wants to compete with other sellers of this area, shows a statistic data from a market and then estimates a value we can generate from the transaction. After we establish an agency agreement, his advice goes very detail. The everything is to maximize our profit and values of property, without using a lot of resources. Until the last day of closing, he cares all the unease or unfamiliar situations to me. Most people, like me - a first-time home seller becomes unmatured, doubtful or lack of ideas about the real estate biz. It is important to mention, his personality is also great. His always positive and ready-to-help attitude should bring a special ingredient to your journey too. In the end, I would recommend him to a person who thinks selling/buying a property in a near future.
ZillowVERIFIEDVugar has been great to work with! He went the extra mile to assist me in any way possible. Vugar is responsible and accountable and he always responds to messages, emails, and phone calls. Vugar went way above and beyond to assist me with my purchase. Vugar is professional, diligent, respectful and friendly. I honestly dont know how he manages to do everything he does and do it all so well. I recommend him very highly. He is the realtor that you would like to work with!
