Mannie was an incredible help during my condo hunt. As a first time home buyer, she made sure to explain every step in detail and truly listened to my desires. I appreciated the fact she was honest and never pushed me to invest until I was ready. I am so fortunate I met Mannie and had the privilege of working with her throughout the process. I highly recommend Mannie. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase and I truly am.

Mannie, is my Agent of choice, always. She runs the entire shows, owns the process and somehow is able to track every important detail. From the time that we contacted Mannie to the time of the close, Mannie maintained communication, was respectful of my time and relayed relevant information.

Mannie is a consummate professional, and nothing short of an extraordinary broker. She stuck by me throughout my entire rental process, and has gone above and beyond to make sure I moved into my dream apartment. I have been looking for an apartment on my own for the past year, and in my search, have dealt with a lot of brokers, who were just looking to collect my money, and do minimal work. Not Mannie. She was attentive, and sympathetic to my needs. Shes confident and stern, yet compassionate and amicable, and a month later, still checks up on me to see whether I like my apartment. As a professional myself, and as someone who has dealt many brokers in the past, I can confidently say that Mannie is one of the best brokers in her field. She offers a uniquely personal experience that sets her a part from the rest. I strongly recommend her services to anyone looking to purchase or rent property.

Mannie was very accommodating, communicative, forth-coming and super helpful throughout the entire process. She has gone above and beyond in making sure our rental process is smoothe!

Manuela made a very difficult situation easy and painless. She went above and beyond what would be expected and guided me in the right direction. Within one month my condominium was ready to rent and rented. Thank you Manuela! I will definitely use her service and expertise again in the future. She responds quickly, easy to communicate with and very professional!
