My home buying experience was awesome ! As a real estate investor I can tell you her approach is very anti-broker and pro-home finder guru. Mannie really cares and enjoys her job, has a plethora of knowledge and is passionate about insuring you find the right property . She is such a breath of fresh air from what can be a slimy profession when you work with a broker who only cares about the sale and tries to play on your emotions. After receiving an offer letter for a job in Jersey City I knew it was time to move. Thinking about the commute from the NYC to New Jersey and the lower cost of real-estate compared to New York I knew I had to Move and Move fast. After working with real-estate agents for rentals in the city I initially was very reserved.
