Century 21 Performance Realty

I called to ask a few simple specific questions regarding a property that he has listed and potentially be his client and his tone was argumentative and made me feel like my questions were a waste of his time. The call was no longer than two minutes. He didnt offer to answer any other questions, or to show me the property, or even as much as thank me for my interest in the house. Or even say goodbye at the end of the call. This man should not be in any position of customer service. I would not recommend that a worm buy dirt from him.

weve used Doug Skaggs 3 times now - once to sell a property to a family member - once to buy a foreclosure - and currently to list/sell our primary residence. As close as Willard is to Springfield, we believe Doug has the daily pulse of the Willard market. We would recommend him highly!!

When we bought our home in Willard, we were impressed by the way Doug handled the sale. So when we decided to sell our rental property in Springfield, we thought of Doug. He didnt let us down, all went well and both sides were happy . Should we need an agent we would definitely call Doug

Doug is an exceptional agent who is knowledgeable, patient and always available! We were selling our home and relocating to another state and it was a very stressful time for our family. Doug understood the pressure that we were under and rose to the occasion. He worked tirelessly from listing to closing, making many sacrifices along the way. When we finally had to move, Doug stepped up, following through on every detail and quickly addressing any issue that arose. Dougs knowledge and experience were invaluable, especially since we could not be there for the final phases of our closing. It may have been a stressful time in our life, but there was comfort in knowing that we had Doug helping us through the process. Thank you Doug!

We currently live overseas with the Military. Doug was exceptional!! He went above and beyond the duties of a realtor time and time again. Upon our return to the states he will be our first call to help find our next home! Thank you Doug for everything you did for us!!
