ZillowVERIFIEDI called to ask a few simple specific questions regarding a property that he has listed and potentially be his client and his tone was argumentative and made me feel like my questions were a waste of his time. The call was no longer than two minutes. He didnt offer to answer any other questions, or to show me the property, or even as much as thank me for my interest in the house. Or even say goodbye at the end of the call. This man should not be in any position of customer service. I would not recommend that a worm buy dirt from him.

Met Doug and really liked the home, he was great from the get-go. We were still hesitant about working with a realtor but eventually put in an offer with Dougs help. Before we submitted our offer we took the potential purchase contract to an attorney - who was super impressed with the way Doug wrote the contingencies. Needless to say that really sealed the deal on the kind of service Doug provides. Doug took time to answer all of our first-time home buyer questions and hes just pleasant to be around. I would highly recommend Doug to anyone looking for a home - especially their first!
