Clary Carson was so attentive to my needs. I had to share some personal experiences for him to know exactly what I needed. It was like being with my big brother towards the last few weeks.... He promised to walk me through every everything and knew that I needed special attention for my needs. He never let me walk one day alone. For me personally that was so important . Every morning I got a text just to say hello and wish me a good day and give me a report of the day. Not only that but he continued to give me support and I could trust him and it's the trust that's so important to gain with someone. I tried other realtors in the past, there is absolutely no one better than this man to tend to a person's experience and needs. As the weeks went by Clary was like a big brother . My wife and I met Clary while we were doing open houses in the Framingham Ashland area and after walking through the house he was showing we were drawn to him. He seemed like a very honest person and a straight shooter so to speak. The house was not quite right for us but from everyone we had talked to that day Clary stood out as agent we wanted to go with. From there, we contacted Clary and let him know we would like him to work as our buyers agent. From then on, Clary showed us around a few places we were interested in and once we found our, now, home he coordinated all of the communication between us and the sellers/their agent. He was very professional with each call I had with him and always on top of things. Whenever he had an update from the Loan Officer, Lawyer, sellers agent, anything he would call me immediately and let me know the news. He was also available whenever I had any questions and would call back within 5-10 minutes if I had left a voicemail. I would highly recommend Clary as a buyers agent to anyone seriously looking to purchase a home.
