He was the right choice from the minute I bumped into him at Dunkin Donuts while he was on his way to meet me at the property he ultimately sold for me.... at above asking price in record time......mid December online til end of January closing. He is knowledgeable, professional, honest, truthful,and an all-round wonderful person. So easy to work with, so easy to miss when the deal is done. I'd recommend him to anyone and everyone.

In fact, without the speed at which he was able to get my wife and I multiple -- and last minute -- viewings of the house we ultimately purchased, I don't think that we would have succeeded in attaining the property. ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I met Clary while we were doing open houses in the Framingham Ashland area and after walking through the house he was showing we were drawn to him. He seemed like a very honest person and a straight shooter so to speak. The house was not quite right for us but from everyone we had talked to that day Clary stood out as agent we wanted to go with. From there, we contacted Clary and let him know we would like him to work as our buyers agent. From then on, Clary showed us around a few places we were interested in and once we found our, now, home he coordinated all of the communication between us and the sellers/their agent. He was very professional with each call I had with him and always on top of things. Whenever he had an update from the Loan Officer, Lawyer, sellers agent, anything he would call me immediately and let me know the news. He was also available whenever I had any questions and would call back within 5-10 minutes if I had left a voicemail. I would highly recommend Clary as a buyers agent to anyone seriously looking to purchase a home.
