Century 21 North Warren Realty

Kristin helped us both purchase a new home and sell our existing one. She was amazing!! My sister recommended her to me and I'd recommend her to anyone. Very knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond.

Kristin was excellent to work with throughout the entire process of selling my house. She kept on top of the many issues that arose after several buyers backed out. Kristin's knowledge of the market trends was spot on. She was available when needed, even during a few personal issues she was dealing with. Her expertise is outstanding, I could tell from our first meet where she laid out our game plan. The house took longer to sell than I anticipated but that was my own doing and no fault of hers. As soon as the house hit the market I had interest.

Kristin is a pro. She has experience combine with professional warmth. She looked out for us, offered wisdom, helped with negotiations. Truly a great experience and I would recommend her to anyone.

Kristin brought great knowledge and experience to my purchase. She always responded in a timely manner to my questions and concerns. The process of buying my home went smoothly with Kristin's assistance.

I cannot say enough great things about Kristin Jacobs. She truly went above and beyond as our realtor. As first-time home buyers, she made the entire process easy and seamless. Her knowledge and years of experience shone through every step of the way. Not only is Kristin incredibly knowledgeable, but she is also personable, responsive, and an absolute delight to work with. We always felt supported and confident knowing she was in our corner. I highly recommend Kristin to anyone looking for a realtor and would absolutely work with her again in the future.
