ZillowVERIFIED I first reached out to Kristin after my other realtors did not work out. Her grandfather was my agent when I bought this house, and he was stellar. From the moment Kristin came on board she was very transparent and thorough. Even though I had done a lot of work on the house getting it ready for sale she focused on little details I had not thought about before like the color of paint and removing wallpaper. Since I had already moved out of state she helped coordinate with the landscaper, locksmith, painter, and others so all the necessary upkeep was done on time before the buyers got there. She worked closely with other realtors to get their feedback what their clients were thinking- what they liked and didnt liked about the house. One of the things that most impressed me about her that was lacking in the other realtors was her ability to respond promptly. No matter where she was, she would respond to any questions or concerns I had. She worked exceedingly well with the buyers realtor to ensure everyone was on the same page before closing. Kristin is truly one of a kind. Her honesty and integrity is second to none. I would highly recommend her anytime, any day of the week. You can feel safe knowing she is truly working for you.

From the day we started looking at homes Kristin was very knowledgeable about the VA loan and she knew all the guidelines to buying one, specifically a condo. After our first house hunt that was unsuccessful Kristin went out of her way to find me condo's listed that were on the VA approved list so I didn't have to and all I had to do was select the ones I liked and go look.
