Blake helped us find our home during the intense price escaltion of 2024. He ran countless comps, negotiatied hard, and truly fought to get us a great deal, even when other agents made things challenging. Blake never complained about the number of homes he showed us or the work he put in. He stayed positive, professional, and focused on getting us the right home. If you want an agent who will genuinely advocate for you, get Blake. He goes above and beyond. Honestly, he's the best agent we've worked with. Thanl you Blake, we absolutely love our home.

"Blake walked us through every step of the process. He communicated clearly, provided helpful information, and answered every question along the way. He did a great job -- our home sold in just two weeks at the right price."

"Blake helped me so much during my home search! While I was transitioning into a new position at work and relocating, he truly took on the "heavy lifting" by finding homes that matched my criteria and budget. He went above and beyond by communicating with listing agents and asking questions I would have never thought to ask, which gave me so much peace of mind throughout the process. Thanks to Blake, I ended up in a home that's much bigger than I ever thought I could afford -- while still staying within my budget. His dedication, knowledge, and attention to detail made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I couldn't recommend Blake enough

If you are looking for a kind, caring, passionate Real Estate Agent, who listens to your needs, and does not try and push you into buying something just to make a sale, then you absolutely need to work with Brittany! She worked with my schedule, when I was able to look at houses. She was able to learn quickly what exactly I was looking for. The house that I ended up buying, I originally did not want to look at it. She was able to convince me just to take a look at it, no pressure, and boy am I glad she did! She knew right away that the house was everything I was looking for! During the entire process, she stayed in communication with me, making the process much less stressful. She knows VA loans! If you are using a VA home loan, then do not pass up the opportunity to work with Brittany!

"When I was looking for a new commercial space in NJ, I was already working with someone locally, and it was not a great experience. I was overwhelmed, frustrated, and honestly didn't even think to ask Blake because he's halfway across the country in Texas. Big mistake on my part. Once Blake connected me with a commercial realtor here in NJ, everything changed. The process immediately felt easier, more organized, and way less stressful. My realtor here, Joe, handled things I didn't even know I should be thinking about, advocated for me every step of the way, and truly had my best interest in mind. I felt supported. Fast forward to now: my new space is open, it's AMAZING, and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. I honestly don't know why I didn't think to ask Blake sooner, probably because he's a residential realtor in Texas and I didn't realize just how strong the Century 21 network really is. Once he explained that everyone is connected and he could refer me to someone solid here in NJ, it all made sense. Lesson learned. I'm incredibly grateful he stepped in, made the connection, and genuinely cared about making sure I was in good hands."
