Where do I start?! Brittany is awesome! I was a first time homebuyer and single parent so I was extremely nervous. She was patient (I mean years worth if patience lol) and super knowledgeable! When we decided to sell our house and purchase a new one we picked Brittany. Why? First, because she earned our trust and our business by being so knowledgable. Before we even hired her she had worked hard to make sure we understood what was involved in selling a house and what houses in our area were selling for. Other Realtors just were not as prepared as Brittany was. Once we hired her she made sure the listing for our house was professionally done; including areial photos of our acreage. She did all she could to make sure our house was shown and shown often and because of that our house sold quickly and for top dollar. We were unsure of where we wanted to move to and what kind of house we wanted and we were so happy we had Brittany to help guide us. She took us to the houses we wanted to see (lots of them), answered all our questions (we had many) and we found our house. Brittany is a great negotiator and because of that, we got our new house for the right price for us. She dealt with inspectors, lenders, other Realtors, title companies and she was there when we closed on each house. When we need to sell this house Brittany will be the one we call and hire. Oh, because of how great she was our mother also hired Brittany to sell her house. It also sold quickly and our mother made a great profit.

She worked with my schedule, when I was able to look at houses. She was able to learn quickly what exactly I was looking for. The house that I ended up buying, I originally did not want to look at it. She was able to convince me just to take a look at it, no pressure, and boy am I glad she did! She knew right away that the house was everything I was looking for! During the entire process, she stayed in communication with me, making the process much less stressful. She knows VA loans!
